School spirit is emotional support for one's educational institution. This can apply to any type of school, from elementary schools to universities. It can be manifested in the exhibition of school colors in dress and decoration, attendance of athletic events, or verbally in the form of chants or cheers.

And in my opinion we have a lot of school spirit in Hartsburg-Emden Jr./ Sr. High School.
We also have a lot of prep rallies and support for high school and junior high because we are all about sports and school spirit. In this school we aren't only a high school and junior high; we are the Hartem Stags and we love to be number one! We are also about our music and all everything we do we support as much as we can. We are all about helping out and doing good for everyone. We are the Hartem Stags and we do our best to be the best.
