Ms. Helton is giving the students a opportunity to compete in the Science Olympiad. This event takes place in February. For those of you who don't know what this event is, it is a competitive event which tests your science skills. There are 20 different events to choose from. All grades are welcome to participate, but only high schoolers will be able to compete in February. Some things they will do to prepare are building airplanes, building a robot arm to push ping pong balls, and even computer programming! So come on out and give it a try.
