The Horticulture class went to the pumpkin patch on 10-3-16 in hopes to get the perfect pumpkins for our flower arrangements. Ms. Fanning had us do this project last year and it turned out awesome and she hopes it turns out the same again. She has us cut a circle out of the top of the pumpkin and stuff it with a certain type of foam and then place flowers in the foam and learn how to make the perfect flower arrangement no matter what base you use. I personally think this is an amazing project to give to someone in your family that loves to decorate so then you also have a gift and not only the fun of making it.
