October is the beginning of fall and it’s full of pumpkins, Halloween, and leaves, but some people forget about the most important part of October, baseball. Major League Baseball has its postseason in October. At this very moment, the teams remaining are the Chicago Cubs, the Kansas City Royals, the New York Mets, the Los Angeles Dodgers, the Texas Rangers, the Toronto Blue Jays, and last but not least, the Houston Astros. The Chicago Cubs have already advanced to the National League Championship Series with a 3-1 series win against the St. Louis Cardinals. They will face the winner of the series between the Mets and the Dodgers, who are currently tied at 2 games a piece in a best out of 5 series. The winner of the Royals and the Astros will face off against the winner of the Rangers and Blue Jays in the American League Championship Series. The winners of those 2 series will then face off each other in a fight for the World Series.
